Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- A return request is made within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, used items, or if the request is made after 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name and issue
- Photo or video evidence of the damage/defect
Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you on the return process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product for return. Return instructions and shipping address will be provided upon approval. In some cases, return pickup may be arranged depending on your location.
Refund Policy
Since Emil Chef only accepts Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued only in the following ways:
- In case of return approval, no cash refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or damaged items due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items requested for return after the 3-day window
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
